This is lengthy. But I like to believe I know what the fuck I'm talking about.

 

First off.. I really hope you don't think your 'way' of making HHE better is by adding more forums.. Moving forums around... Etc.. Like people won't notice. If anything. I couldn't even find the audio section. Cuz U got so many fuckin forums. And U rotate them them around lately.

I see you looking for suggestions for tournies.
If I was you. I'd give the leagues and tournies a rest for a few weeks. Cuz it's not something ppl are excited about if you got them coming and coming and coming.. And overlappig eachother.

You should prolly close down HBL soon. And wrap up the Pixel Perfection tourny before you go and launch any tournies. Honestly. If I were you, I'd prolly wrap them all up. And just wait before you hype about a topical.
You're gonna get like 6 people that will join + you... + people who feel bad/obligated and will join. Which will result in 1 round being (alright - taking noshows into consideration and speed).. After that everything will slow down.

You also got forums like HHE comic open.. That are dead. You have a whole forum dedicated to a project that clearly lost enthusiasm. That provides more clutter.

You have voting booth forums that are easy and all... But all they do is show people how there is STILL a battle in there that needs votes that OVER 2 months old. And you show focus on that. As well as the fact there are literrally NO battles.

I see you trying to get a magazine started.. Which is great.. But you're asking members to do album reviews.. Which may seem like a good hip-hop idea. But IF these people do go through with it.. It'll be wasted effort. There'll be maybe 3/45 people who eventually read the magazine.. Skipping over peoples hard work.. On an article that people most likely don't care about since most people can make a decision on their own. It's usually album reviews for upcoming albums.


Your GFX SOTW section. In order for that to get goin. I'ma say U need some less homo topics. Add a freestyle SOTW in there ever few weeks like the old days. Yeah.. It gets people creatively thinking about ur topic.. But wtf is injustice? And the asylum one I randomly entered? Etc. People wanna show they own style too.. Pick fuckin common topics.

Merging now? Would be a HORRIBLE choice. Especialyl with the way the forum's looking. If you wanna merge with a site. Ur gonna have to sell it. And right now I look here and I constantly see people complaininging, even telling me to come back. You're gonna have to clean ALOT of shit up. And that starts with all failed projects. The referall contest was a nice gesture/idea.. But that failed. If you were gonna merge.. I'd wait to launch any tournaments.. Cuz they come in seeing tournies being half ran... And held up.. It aint good.

Now if you're GONNA merge. Merging also with a dying site is the smartest idea. People more keen to it. And it's just overall better. I honestly would say.. If you were gonna merge with a site. I'd say: www.netcees.com .. Which is David Lama's vBulletin. A lot of members there are waiting for him to come back and get shit goin'.. And in the mean time they need a place to go. The only thing is they're mainly short bar. And alot of them see themselves as 'text' veterans. The other is the 6thasylum which has LOYAL GOOD emcees. With text, audio and GFX. Way doper than most of the people on this site. They'res is slowly dying. The admin makes dope ass skins.. U'd just have to strike a deal. .. U technically don't even have to merge with netcees.com.. Just post a thread saying.. In the meantime.. Come to HHE. Cuz Lama's fuckin' dead or some shit.


Another thing is. U gotta stop hiding shit. Liek deleting peoples posts. U playing mommy/babysitter. It aint gon cut it. Cuz ppl backlash and build tension and rebel towards their mommy (you). IF you want to have members respect you. U can't disrespect them by deleting their freedom of speech ya dig. Unless it gets to the point where its highly offensive and personal.

Also. All these threads where you express how U need help and shit. I know you do. But I suggest you hide those.. Just cuz it makes you look weak if a new member came here and sees these posts/threads about how you did everything you can.. But no one wants to help blah blah... Feel me?

U may not like beef. But GOOD beef.. Encourages more battles and posting. Let ppl talk they shit.

A main reason why this site is dying/dead.. Is cuz there's no swagger. U needa get the swagger juices flowing. I think a magazine is a good idea. But if it's gonna be anything like the last HHEzine.. Or half over half the same kinda mood the last one did in the new one. That'll fail too. Nawimean? U needa come up with good ideas.. That mock the forum. I think it's safe to say EVERYONE on this site doesn't mind getting made fun of.. If it's as a whole.. Like U make fun of EVERYONE. Once again, this is a community or watevr.. So include shit about them.. That aint.. "when did you start rapping?" "how did you find out about HHE" .. "whats next on the list for you" .. No one cares.

Honestly.. When i was here.. Alot more news was being posted.. A lot more posts were being posted.. U just need some fun on this site. That's the main thing. I don't think people will have fun with 3 tournies/leagues HALF going on.. With nothing to win.. Besides a sig, they prolly won't rock.

U got no HOF. Which I told you from day one when we got here to do. Adn U STARTED doing, but you stopped. Kids come here and see HHE as kids who talk. That's it. Like get a fuckin HHE history goin. iS had one... Ther's NOOOOO reason why you cant get HHE one.

And fuck.. Fuck tournies right now. I'd do something jokes. Like a Chirp King title or something. Quotable chirps I dunno.. Add that to the history.. Let the ice break before you go launching some more leagues and shit that you don't even run properly. Some Roast threads would be good too.. Fuckin forums are like a fad.. They'll be battle crazy.. Then talk crazy.. Right now ppl well.. Not really but can be put under the talk crazy cat.. So let them get bored of that for a bit.. Before you go launching MORE shit.. People don't care about. U forget this is a hobby.. But you make it seem like a job. Posting (for the majority) and voting went well for the tourny Mas and I hosted. WHY? Cuz kids see you putting in effort. they'll do the same thing.. Setting up 2 fuckin battle threads, a discussion thread with small ass sypnopsises of the previous 3 battles. Is NOT effort. Why the fuck would they care you feel me? THINK ABOUT IT. Why U think I boasted shit so much.. And TOLD you what you should REALLY do numerous times?

Last but not least. I'd suggest U stop lying to yourself and the whole forum saying how you've done everything you could. I mean... I do ALOT of shit in realz.. I did ALOT of shit on HHE when I was on.. So there's no reason as to why you can't balance everything either. Stop fucking doing shit for the site in the WRONG places like.. Oh lets just make more philosophy threads, mix up the forums... Launch some MORE tournies, add arcade games and recruit members to a section that aint even live or consistant.

You gotta fuckin learn WHAT needs work WHERE. Not do more work to areas U already attacked. It gets you no where. So these are a FEW suggestions for now. If it gets really THAT bad. To the point U aint know what to do. I'd like to think U can still ask me despite my hate for you LOL. I mean I don't mind helping people. I help everyone. Like I aint that bigga' dick. I just act like one at times on this site.

my only suggestion is to everyone..

just put your fucking personal issues behind and just get on with the forum. we were doing OKAY before choas errupted and the war between the forum, mainly 2 sides and i feel bad for actually taking a side.. but serious, i've got over it.. i agree with majority of comments sean stated.. but yo, you need to join the forum sean.. put your personal issues to the side.. it was you that said we do this for fun.. so whats stopping that? foreal.. i'm amazed by the amount of suggestions yet they don't wanna help with the suggestion lol.. it's just truelly weird and that goes to everyone.. just put your baby issues behind you and just do you.. we can make this forum extremely active with the amount of vets on this forum.

but on seans comments, i agree.. you need to shut down some competitions and get the excitement back in the forum.. i'm not a fan of the forum layout tbh. i don't really like the voting booth.. but thats my opinion.

Move the HHE Mixtape into the audio section.. No need to have that forum on the main page. Audio heads will see it. And if it ACUTALLY gets active. Then threads will be bumped. Til something gets goin'.. Tuck it away.

I know you got 6 people signed up for HBL.
I aint acutally sure if it's worth it to go again..
