So yeah, i'm in a bit of a tussle here.. i've come to a pivotal moment in my step, i'm lacking creativity and i'm in need for a change to some exercises or routines.
so yeah, it be helpfull if people could suggest some effective routies/exercises.
my main bicep one is getting repetative now.. but it's a worker, a big one. lol
3 Sets
Barbell - 10kg - 10reps
7kg dumbells - 10 reps (each hand, one after other)
5kg dumbells - 10reps (each hand, one after other)
2.5kg dumbells - all out, do as much as you can.
do all of them after one another and you'll get a right buzz, ummm.. thats my weights i use.. it may be higher/lower for others, but you make your own assumption.
another good Bicep method..
10 reps of preacher curls, but instead of you generally lifting it up.. start at top, slowly put it down with enough resistance to make it move slightly, it's hardddd and enduring.. not a fan of it but it works big time.
my chest seems to lack creativity.. any routines you guys can help with?
